Naked Chocolate Cake with Strawberries

This was my first time working with chocolate ganache. Going to be honest because baking is a progress of learning, I messed up the ganache so bad at first haha! If it was not for the extra cream I had I would not have been able to fix it. The cake is chocolate and just had a chocolate in the middle. I was mainly focused on making it look pretty on the top. It was white and milk chocolate ganache, white and milk chocolate shavings and strawberries. Fun fact I do not like strawberries because the seeds freak me out but I still eat strawberry flavored stuff.
